Jessica
Jackson is our Loan Coordinator. She joined Canton Street in the
Summer of 2003, and she makes sure that from start to finish your loan
process goes
smoothly. Jessica is responsible for gathering all documents necessary
for each file and works with our lenders to get loans approved. Jessica
serves as a liaison
between our mortgage consultants, clients, and realtors making certain
that everyone stays informed along the way. Because of her knowledge of
each file,
she is the person to contact about the status of your loan. She will
do everything she can to make sure your loan closes smoothly. Contact

Cindy Sexton
Loan Coordinator
Cindy has been involved with the real estate industry for 21 years
in one capacity or another. She started out as a realtor, in the Roswell,
Alpharetta, Cobb and Cumming areas. Then she did marketing for a closing
attorney's firm, where she had contact with many brokers, lenders and
realtors and became active in their different associations. For the
last 10 years, Cindy has been a closing paralegal with two major law
firms in the metro area. Recently she decided it was time to learn
something new, so when the opportunity presented itself to join Canton
Street Mortgage, she jumped. Now, she is learning another aspect of
this business as a processor, and could not be happier.
Cindy and her family have lived in Roswell for 34 years. Her two boys
went to school in Roswell, graduating from Roswell High, where they
were very involved in the Roswell Recreation program thru community
sports and school sports. Over the years, Cindy has been involved in
many activities in Roswell, and has loved every minute of it. She says, "I
guess that is why I found Canton Street Mortgage so appealing, it feels
like home."
