Shachi Bhardwaj joined Canton Street Mortgage in 2005 following a successful stint as a small business
owner, having built a successful retail business mainly by anticipating, understanding, and addressing
her clients’ needs to their complete satisfaction. Shachi’s formal education includes a Bachelor of
Engineering and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
Shachi focuses on new purchase loans, jumbo loans, refinancing, debt consolidation, equity loans,
as well as commercial loans. Shachi enjoys helping people. She approaches each loan not as a
transaction but as part of a long term relationship with her clients. She always takes the time
to help her clients fully understand the loan process and become comfortable with all aspects of it.
Along the way, she is available to her clients to answer their questions, fully research available
