Canton Street Mortgage is excited to announce that we have partnered with Primary Capital Mortgage (PCM). We are now Primary Capital's Canton Street Branch; same great staff and still located in charming Historic Roswell.

When Canton Street Mortgage first opened over 9 years ago, PCM was the first Lender/Investor we partnered with and they remained our top lender through the years. By becoming a lender, we now have stronger leverage and the best tools available to help our clients. This enables us to have the most aggressive rates and confidence in guaranteed on-time closings.

The Canton Street Branch of Primary Capital will now operate as a Mortgage Lender. This significant change will allow us to completely own the transaction from the application to Underwriting through post-closing.
